In our latest Case Study, we will explore more than the menu. It took a dozen vendors and a lot of coordination to pull this off. Our thanks go to Big Spring Media for asking AEL for our lights & sound.

So what? It is a salon made out of video walls. How cool could that possibly look? Unbelievably cool.

Each course of a seven-course meal came with a custom video, filmed exclusively for this event at the various points of production along H-E-B's logistics chain.
Austin Event Lighting installed 700 modular panels to surround guests in full 4k video. The banquet hall was 67' long by 33' wide, for a total screen area of 2,000 square feet. That's a lot of pixels!
Chauvet F4 video panels are available for purchase through our warehouse. With a bright, vibrant 2.8mm pixel pitch, you can display 4k all day, indoors or outdoors.
Guests remain blissfully aware while our team coordinates sounds, scents, and screens.

Get Ready with Us
Preparation is a virtue. Austin Event Lighting started in a humble van, like so many local Austin businesses. Now our equipment, lights, and fleet fill a 15,000 square foot warehouse to the rafters.
Our growth enables us to build practice-rigs inside the shop to test our designs and engineering skills. By testing our video walls in action, we confirm the quality of our work, pixel for pixel.
Practice also enables quick installations with limited windows of time for loading into the venue. Wheels help too!

Wade and his team at Austin Event Lighting created the best atmosphere for our wedding at Prospect House in March 2023. We had this idea to hang a giant 5 foot globe that would glow and react to the music and Wade and his team made it come to life. They mocked up our vision (custom making this globe) in their warehouse before we even signed a contract with them, which was the vote of confidence needed for us to trust their work. They took all of our ideas seriously and made the impossible happen. From an inflatable 5 foot globe to a fog machine, Austin Event Lighting really made our wedding an event to remember!

I was extremely pleased with Austin Event Lighting and the work they did for my NYE Wedding at Barr Mansion! I had a very specific vision in my head and lighting was a HUGE component of bringing that vision to life (I was getting married after the sun went down). Their main tech came to one of our site-visits and spent time talking through all the details with my photographer and planner to ensure the game plan was solid! I can't lie - I was anxious to see how it all came together the day of but WOW - They killed it! My planner said the techs onsite the day of were very helpful and went above and beyond as well! Highly Recommend!

We loved working with AEL. We had this vision to install lanterns all across the ceiling of our venue and the team did an amazing job. It looked like colorful stars everywhere! We were so impressed with their work, and the booking and communication leading up to the event was a breeze. The staff day-off was so sweet and helpful, too, and they were really attentive to make sure everything was exactly how we hoped. We absolutely recommend them for your event lighting!!
